Friday night we let go of the week with slow, restorative movements, ease vocal practices and complete relaxation.

Join us on a creative journey – come to one or all events! We begin the workshop by getting our inner vibration going with easy breathing and vocal exercises that clear our body and mind opening the door to creativity. Then we tap into the Mandala creation supported by soothing sounds. We finish the day integrating the creative work through deep relaxation lying on the yoga mats and surrendering to the sound vibration.

Individual mandalas, circular drawings, are representations of our inner selves and free creations of fantasy. One needs the commitment to become bold and open minded and experience the art of “no rules” that can be calming, a jump-start to creativity, and increase concentration. No artistic talent is required for the workshop. Warning: May cause elevated sense of happiness.

Cost for each 3 hour workshop is $30 and for Saturday workshop is $80 (Additional material Fee from $5- $20).

This workshop is created just for you. Come join us in an afternoon of yoga, sound healing and meditation as we work with grief to transform and purge the soul of pain and heartache. Learn breathing exercises and yoga poses to help you cope with overwhelming emotions that come with loss and dip into a bath of sound to ease grieving heart. Together we will explore the creative ways to express and move through grief: and join together in a circle of compassion and non-judgement to allow each participant to uniquely and authentically to honor his or her loss.

Lila Taff draws directly from her experience in both the wellness and creative design industries to imagine The New Sunday. Currently, she is the Creative Director and head of operations at Vitaliti Wellness, Inc., a nutritional detox and weight-loss program. She develops growth strategies, designs campaigns, produces visual and written content, and implements social media and email marketing, as well as policies. She has played the role of systems administrator, web designer, technical and customer support, and has developed two new roles, which she supervises. She is frequently called to coach clients and empower them to create health and wellness for themselves, and is constantly balancing holding a supportive, healing space with holding the structure and the integrity of the company, both in person and through email and phone conversations.
