Sound Healing events 2018

Oakland, CA: Tuning fork basics

Sunday July 15 at 10 am – noon at 865 52nd street

As per request, I’m offering a workshop, where I teach basics on how to use tuning forks (both weighted ones used in the body and regular ones that are used for sound) as a self-help, in private sessions as well as in events.

Tuning forks are easy to use as self-help. I personally use tuning forks for example releasing sinus infections, tension and pain in the body, balancing my nervous system, better sleep and clearing space.

In this workshop you will learn how to use tuning forks
– to release tension in the body
– to ground
– to clear and shift energy in the room and in the body
– to balance nervous system
– in particular acupressure points

You will also have a possibility to try out and purchase any Biosonics tuning forks.

Most of the time will be used for practicing, so you will leave confident on integrating tuning forks into your practice immediately.

Sliding Scale $30 – 60

Limited to 8 participants. Reserve your spot by sending your payment through PayPal

Afternoons will offer space for solo time, hiking, swimming, receiving massage, or connecting with other women, which will segue into practices of therapeutic and yin yoga to support openness and receptivity. Evenings will find us winding down with sound healing led by Minna Sivola of Harmoniaalto. This guided sound journey is powerfully relaxing and soothing. Then, drift to sleep in a comfortable room in the beautiful renovated farmhouse after a soak in the hot tub or some stargazing. As we align with the rhythm of nature, our yoga will make way for inner clarity.
