Sonic Harmony at Gathering Thyme
Sundays February 22nd, at 4 pm, at Gathering Thyme, 426 Petaluma Blvd S., Petaluma, CA
Join our gently guided meditation and sound bath designed to calm the mind, settle the body, and restore inner balance. The resonant tones of monochord, singing bowls, and chimes, combined with the healing aromas, will help you to harmonize your entire being.
Everyone is welcome! No previous meditation or sound experience is required. Space is limited to twelve (12) participants. Comfy floor chairs will be provided. If you wish to lie down, bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to be comfortable. Please choose a chair or yoga mat at the time of reservation. Plan on arriving no later than 3:45 pm to allow time to settle in.

Sound Bath Facilitator Training Spring 2026

Embark on a transformative journey to enhance your ability to facilitate and support healing through sound vibration in group settings. This training delves into the art of creating a shared vibrational field that transcends mere performance, turning it into a space of healing and connection for both the practitioner and the attendees. By developing a profound understanding of your instruments through deep listening and the principles of energy, you will cultivate both confidence and joy in practicing sound healing.
Who is this training for
Individuals who
- are ready to take their interest and curiosity in sound healing beyond the superficial, seeking to integrate it as a serious and impactful part of their personal and professional lives.
- have a genuine desire to support and uplift diverse communities through the transformative power of sound.
- have a foundational understanding of sound healing principles—gained through recommended readings and/or personal exploration
- are ready and able to dedicate time to practice during and in between the training sessions
- have minimum of one instrument to practice on (please schedule a free consultation if you need help deciding what to purchase)

Include a sound bath for your next gathering with your friends and family. Adding a sound bath to a baby shower, birthday or bachelor/bachelorette party, kick of to retirement or ceremony of some sort is wonderful way to sooth the nervous system and enhance connection.
