Sound Healing Offerings
Gain somatic awareness and mental clarity. Connect with your inner wisdom as your mind is floating in space and your body is rejuvenated. You can choose from a private sound healing session specific for your individual needs, a duet sound healing to reinforce your connection with your loved one or join a sound bath with group of people and other practitioners.
I currently accept clients that are either fully vaccinated (Covid) or have a negative test result taken less than 72 hours prior the appointment.
Cancelation policy: no refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior the session.

Private Sound Healing session
Each sound healing session is tailored to your needs. We start with simple breathing, humming and toning exercises to help you sustain presence and activate the relaxation response. You may choose a specific intention for the session or you might just want to relax and let the sounds guide you where you need to go. I will surround you with various subtle sounds using singing bowls, gongs, drums, flutes, chimes, tuning forks, voice and any other sounds necessary to support your journey towards harmony in your physical, emotional and spiritual body. The session ends with a short discussion/feedback.
Fee: $90 per session (60 minutes).

Private Sound Healing Session at the privacy of your own home either indoors or outdoors (within 30 mile radius from San Rafael). Please prepare the space with a mattress (or request one from me) and enough space around the mattress for moving and instruments.

Duet Sound Healing Session at your home
Would you like to boost your vibrational connection with your partner, friend or a family member?
Duet sound healing session is exciting and fun way to connect your vibrational fields. First we do breathing and simple vocal exercises to get a sense of each other’s vibration. After that both of you will be lying down next to each other, and I’ll surround you with soothing acoustic sounds to exponentiate the connection.

Sound Healing house calls for Babies and Parents at your home
Is your baby having hard time sleeping? Do you need help being more relaxed when breast feeding?
The sounds of the acoustic instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls offer subtle sensations felt all over the body, calling in relaxation and safety, reminding the baby of the womb.
We work the details before via email/phone. I come to your home and arrange my instruments around your bed or couch. I then take you to a relaxing journey with soothing sounds. Allow time to rest after I am gone.

The sound healing session was remarkable. I started in a seated position and allowed my baby to breast feed. The sound was all around us and as she fed she fell to sleep. I then laid her on my chest and laid down myself. The baby fell into a deep sleep, the sound pulses around and through us. Towards the end I fell to sleep. The rhythm I felt like my baby had lost as far as sleeping and feeding returned.

Private sound healing session for Sound Practitioners
This popular offering is great for beginners or anyone who is interested in the flow of the sound healing sessions. As practitioners, our mind is curious and often we forget to receive and experience the full benefits of the session. Without this experience, it is impossible to become a good practitioner. Having this in mind, I created a longer session for practitioners, hoping that it will bring valuable and experiential knowledge.
We start with an hour long private sound healing session. I will then explain the flow of the session, what instruments I used, how did I use the instruments and why. This is not an analysis of your experience, rather explanation of the flow, ways of working and reasoning of specific decisions during the session. It is super fun! You will also have a possibility to ask any questions of the process.
Fee: $150 / 100 minutes
